There are always a ton of moving pieces when it comes to purchasing a home wether it be for an investment and or your personal home to live in. New Construction can seem very complex with just getting under contract as well as the types of loan that is available to you to the selections of upgrades that you may elect to add throughout the process. When you are ready to purchase a new construction home, there will be a builders agent ready to help you along with the process and offer their lender and you will close at their designated title companies office. Though keep in mind that you will need your own Real Estate Agent prior to previewing new construction homes or connecting with the builders agent. Though it seems easy to work with just the builders agent, keep in mind that you want an agent representing you and looking out for your best interest because that is what the builders agent is doing.
